• Insightfulness of the reflection

• Clarity and quality of communication

• How meaningfully you connect your experience to learning outcomes

Please note: The entire judging process will be recorded, and the judging video and this Special Award winner will be posted on our page in LinkedIn  online on Dec 22nd for transparency and for everyone to learn from.
