About the MonsoonSIM Business Competition (MBC)
The MonsoonSIM Business Competition (MBC) is an all-online experiential learning and business simulation challenge open to both university and high school students.
Hosted by MonsoonSIM, the competition brings together teams of learners from diverse backgrounds to run virtual companies, make strategic business decisions, and compete in real time using live market data.
MBC is designed to inspire entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork, and data-driven decision-making providing participants with practical insights into business, finance, supply chain, and human resource management in an engaging, gamified format.

Step 1: Register Your Team
Eligibility Notice:
The MonsoonSIM Business Competition 2025 is only open to institutions that are existing MonsoonSIM customers.
To participate, simply complete the registration form at the following link: Register Here
Only one member needs to register on behalf of the entire team. For example, if your team has three members (Player 1, Player 2, and Player 3), any one of them may submit the registration form.
Your team must be registered under a valid MonsoonSIM and coached by a licensed MonsoonSIM Facilitator. If you do not yet have a team, please create one first. You can read this article on How to Create a Club to get started.
Registration Deadline: All team registrations must be completed by 7 December 2025.
Step 2: MonsoonSIM Review and Pre-Qualification
After registration, the MonsoonSIM team will review your submission to ensure eligibility.
To be pre-qualified, your team must:
Be properly set up in the MonsoonSIM system by a Teacher-Coach.
Fulfill all competition terms and conditions.
Complete the participation fee payment (if applicable).

Once your registration is received, MonsoonSIM will issue an invoice and payment link to your registered mentor or teacher.
After making the payment, please confirm via your MonsoonSIM account:
My Registration → Confirm Payment → Provide your payment proof.
You can type your payment details or attach a transfer receipt using the “+ Quick Insert” icon before clicking Send Payment Proof.
Step 3: Confirmation
After your team setup is approved and payment is completed (if applicable), MonsoonSIM will send a confirmation email. At this stage, your team is officially pre-qualified and ready to compete.
Step 4: Join the Competition
When the competition round opens:
Log in to MonsoonSIM.
Go to My Home → MonsoonSIM Club → MonsoonSIM Competition Arena Menu → MonsoonSIM Business Competition 2025.
Choose the game slot for Round 1 according to the official schedule provided by MonsoonSIM, and register your team under that time slot.
Example Summary
To help you understand the registration process, here’s an example:
Club One has 4 members — A, B, C, and D.
Based on the official schedule, Club One is assigned to play in Round 1 – Session B ( example Saturday, December 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM).
One member (for example, A) logs in to MonsoonSIM and join for that session.
All members of Club One (A, B, C, D) then join the same game session at the assigned time.
Important Notes:
Only pre-qualified teams may register.
Register only for Round 1, later rounds are by qualification.
All players from the same club must join the same game session that was selected at registration..
Once registered, your team name will appear publicly on the session list.
All members from the same team must join the same session.
A fixed number of teams will advance to the next round based on in-game performance.
When your game session begins, simply start it like a regular Club Game, but under the Competition Menu. Gameplay follows standard MonsoonSIM rules and scoring.
Teams that qualify will automatically advance to the next round. No additional registration is required unless otherwise announced.
Competition Roadmap & Guide
The competition schedule, number of rounds, and specific game times will be announced later. Teams are encouraged to register early to secure their participation slot. Please refer to the official roadmap to avoid confusion. MonsoonSIM will not respond to questions already covered in this guide or the roadmap. Once your team is confirmed, a detailed Competition Guide will be sent to your mentor or teacher. Please read it carefully to prepare for the event.
