Agreement to Terms
By clicking “Join Now”, “Sign Up”, “Login”, or by accessing or using any part of MonsoonSIM services, and www.MonsoonSIM.com (collectively referred to as the "Site", "our Services", or "MonsoonSIM"), you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with MonsoonSIM.
Your agreement is with MonsoonSIM Pty Ltd (Australia).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site or any of our Services.

Basic Terms of Use
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, impersonating, or intimidating conduct against other users.
You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
You may not reverse engineer, hack, modify, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or Services.
Any data modification, HTML tampering, or form manipulation outside of the provided interfaces is strictly prohibited.
You agree to our Privacy Policy available on the Site or by contacting admin@monsoonsim.com.
You must not transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
You acknowledge that all platforms share a unified login system across MonsoonSIM properties.
Service Terms and Platform Control
MonsoonSIM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
MonsoonSIM may refuse service, limit usage, or modify features in its sole discretion.
MonsoonSIM may update, upgrade, or alter system algorithms, features, and configurations without prior notice.
MonsoonSIM may remove any user content deemed unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
All simulation data (including transactions, configurations, results, and reports) remains the sole property of MonsoonSIM.
You agree to receive service notifications and communications; you may unsubscribe from non-essential communications.
Licensing and Usage Restrictions
If you are a Facilitator operating under the Per-Server Organization Subscription (PSOS) model, you are authorized to conduct MonsoonSIM simulations solely for participants who are employees, registered students, or authorized members of your own organization or institution.
PSOS subscribers are not permitted to host games, sessions, or simulations for individuals or entities outside of their own organization, including but not limited to external public workshops, third-party training events, or commercial offerings open to the general public.
Any external usage, cross-institutional use, or public offering must be pre-approved in writing by MonsoonSIM and may require additional licensing arrangements or fees.
AI Tokens, Credits, and Experimental Features
MonsoonSIM may, at its sole discretion, provide access to AI-powered features, simulation assistants, or other experimental technologies (including but not limited to AI Tokens, AI Chat, or Curriculum Builder Tools).
Access to these features may be offered for free or with limited tokens during initial usage periods.
MonsoonSIM reserves the right to modify, reduce, limit, or introduce charges for the use of such features or tokens at any time, with or without prior notice.
Continued access to such experimental or premium features may be subject to additional agreements, subscription plans, or separate licensing terms in the future.
Branding, Naming, and Trademark Usage
The MonsoonSIM name, logo, trademarks, and associated branding are the exclusive property of MonsoonSIM Pty Ltd (Australia).
Any reference to MonsoonSIM, including but not limited to company names, domain names, marketing materials, events, or partnership branding that incorporate the MonsoonSIM name, logo, or similar variations (e.g., MonsoonSIM Thailand, MonsoonSIM XYZ) may only be used with the express permission or good-will understanding of MonsoonSIM Pty Ltd.
MonsoonSIM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request any party to modify, cease, or discontinue the use of any MonsoonSIM-related branding, naming, or association at any time.
No rights to the MonsoonSIM trademark or brand identity are granted beyond the scope explicitly authorized in writing by MonsoonSIM Pty Ltd.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Site (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, code, video, and software) are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission from MonsoonSIM.
Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites not under MonsoonSIM’s control. MonsoonSIM is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of such external sites.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Any disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
Termination
MonsoonSIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MonsoonSIM and its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
International Users
You access the Site at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all Services are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. MonsoonSIM does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or virus-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
MonsoonSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
