Jakarta (January 2017). University Podomoro is a relatively new university. However, when it comes to harnessing technology for the purpose of education, Podomoro University spares no effort.
After experiencing encouraging result from MonsoonSIM platform last year, the University is now expanding its adoption by participating in, for the second year in a row, the MonsoonSIM ERP (Business) Competition. Based on the experience last year and the students' feedback, the University has realized that getting their students to participate in an International Business Competition is a very good way to spread the energy and spirit of learning the business process by way of Experiential-Learning amongst today's young generation.
Furthermore, Podomoro University will become the country host for the MonsoonSIM ERP Competition in the Indonesian chapter.
In this second Train-The-Trainer session, the University has involved more department heads to be certified so as to facilitate MonsoonSIM in broader fields of study. Among them are Mr. Laode Arahman, Mr. Iwan Lesmana from the teaching faculty, as well as Madam Dewi, Madam Tria and Madam Cicilia from the marketing department of the University.
The purpose of this second Train-The-Trainer session is to have more certified facilitators to accommodate the expected surge in student participation for this year's competition.
