UBAYA MonsoonSIM International Championship 2026 | Enterprise Category (Open)

About the UBAYA MonsoonSIM International Championship 2026

The UBAYA MonsoonSIM International Championship is an international business simulation competition hosted by MonsoonSIM, sponsored by Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA), bringing together participants to make strategic, data-driven, and cross-functional decisions under realistic market pressure.

Teams will operate virtual companies in MonsoonSIM, making integrated decisions across key business functions (e.g., strategy, pricing, marketing, operations, supply chain, and performance management). Throughout the simulation, teams must interpret performance dashboards, respond to market changes, and continuously refine their decisions based on KPI outcomes—mirroring the iterative decision cycles used in real business environments.

The competition is designed to strengthen critical thinking, teamwork, KPI-based analysis, and decision-making speed, while also developing practical skills in scenario planning, trade-off management, and performance improvement. By combining real-time results with structured rounds, MonsoonSIM enables participants to learn how strong strategies translate into execution, and how execution ultimately drives measurable business performance.

The championship is open to high school and university-level participants and welcomes international teams, with UBAYA contributing institutional support to help expand access and elevate the overall championship experience.
