Designing a One-Class Experiential Learning Session
(OBE-Aligned Faculty Teaching Clinic)
Join us for a focused, faculty-oriented session exploring how to design and run an effective experiential learning activity within a single class.
In this session, Abdy Taminsyah (Founder, MonsoonSIM) will share a practical one-class teaching format where students make live business decisions, experience consequences, and reflect on outcomes—without requiring a full course redesign.
Rather than focusing on platforms or features, the session highlights how to structure decision flow, timing, and reflection so that experiential learning remains academically rigorous and aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Assurance of Learning expectations.
