Course Overview: This course provides access to the MonsoonSIM business simulation platform, offering healthcare management students an experiential learning environment to support their studies in executive decision-making. MonsoonSIM acts as a virtual lab where students can explore decision-making concepts and apply what they learn in a dynamic, simulated context that mirrors real-world healthcare challenges.
