Honorable Charles Mok, JP

Legislative Councillor Representing the Information Technology Functional Constituency 

Charles Mok is the Legislative Councillor representing the Information Technology Functional Constituency, member of The Professionals Guild. He has been serving the ICT industry for 30 years. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Professional Commons, Honorary President of the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation and Founding Chairman of the Internet Society Hong Kong.

Charles Mok is dedicated in fostering the development of innovation & technology in Hong Kong. A wide array of issues he pursues include Smart City, nurturing of tech talents, supports to start-ups, STEM education, review of outdated regulations, open data, privacy concerns, Internet freedom, and information security.

Charles graduated from Purdue University in the United States with his Bachelor and Master degrees of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering.

現任資訊科技界立法會議員，專業議政成員之一，從事資訊科技及電訊業三十年。他積極為資訊及通訊科技界發聲，倡議在香港社會推動科技應用，是為人熟悉的資訊科技界領袖和互聯網先驅。他是公共專業聯盟副主席、香港資訊科技商會榮譽主席，以及香港互聯網協會創會主席。

莫乃光在議會內外致力推動創新科技發展，關注議題包括智慧城市、科技人才培育、支援初創企業、STEM教育、更新過時法規、開放數據、私隱、網絡自由及安全等。

莫乃光畢業於美國普度大學，擁電腦及電機工程學士與電機工程碩士學位。

Dr. Samson Tam, JP

Chairman of Hong Kong Business Angel Network and Group Sense Limited

Dr. Samson Tam is a technology-oriented entrepreneur who has 30 years of experience in business management. After graduated from the university, he founded his startup and soon launched electronic dictionaries with the brand "Instant-Dict". The company was listed on the Main Board in 1993 with its major business in developing electronic educational products. 

In recent years, Dr. Tam has actively participated in angel investment and he is keen on creating an eco-system to nurture startups. Dr. Tam is now Chairman of Group Sense Limited, Hong Kong Industry-University-Research Collaboration Association, Partner of Innovation Angel Funds, Vice Chairman of the PRD Council, Federation of Hong Kong Industries, advisor of Radiant Venture Capital Limited and Whiz Partners Asia Limited.

Dr. Tam was an elected member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Information Technology). He was awarded the “Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong” in 1992 and he was named one of the “Ten Outstanding Young Persons” in 1997.

譚偉豪博士是一位科技創業者，具備30年企業管理經驗的資深企業家。他於大學畢業後不久便創業，推出以《快譯通》爲品牌的電子辭典，公司隨後於1993年在香港主板上市，主要業務是發展電子教育産品。

譚博士近年活躍於天使投資，亦致力創造培育初創企業的生態系統(Eco-system)。譚博士現爲權智有限公司主席、香港英諾天使基金合夥人、香港産學研合作促進會會長、香港工業總會珠三角工業協會副主席，慧科資本有限公司及匯澤亞洲投資有限公司的顧問。

譚博士曾任香港立法會(資訊科技界)議員，1992年獲選為「香港青年工業家」，1997年獲選為「香港十大傑出青年」。

Current Cybertech Consultancy Group Chairman and CEO, with more than 25 years of advertising and marketing experience. Set up the first Chinese-foreign cooperative advertising company in Guangzhou, China in 1995. In recent years, Oliver has been committed to venture capital related businesses, including exhibitions and event planning, co-working space, media agency, and education and training. Oliver has actively participated in public welfare service for the next generation of citizens. He is currently the Secretary of the "Recruitment Program of Global Experts" (also known as "the Thousand Talents Plan千人計劃") in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, Information Technology Director of Y's Men Club Hong Kong District, Club President of Y's Men Club of New Territories West, President of ID Startup & SME Association, Honorary President of the Macau Youth Leaders Council, Co-Founder of the Smartbook Club, and the Honorary Chairman of the Guangzhou Smartbook Club.

温家明先生 擁有超過25年的廣告及市場推廣經驗，現任世科商業顧問集團主席及首席執行官，1995年在中國廣州成立了首間中外合作的廣告公司。近年致力發展創業投資相關業務，範圍包括展覧及活動策劃丶共創空間丶媒體代理及教育培訓。 同時亦積極投身青年人公益服務。現任海創智庫(千人計劃)海外工作站(香港丶台灣及新加坡地區) 秘書長，國際聯青社香港地區資訊科技總監，新界西國際聯青社社長，中港創業企業家協會會長，澳門青年領袖議會名譽會長，品書棧聯合創辦人，廣州品書棧榮譽棧長。

Vanessa is an award-winning, highly self-motivated, result-oriented leader.  As the Head of Presales in SAP Hong Kong, Vanessa leads a team of high caliber Presales Specialists and Early Talents in Hong Kong, inspires, motivates, innovates, and develops the team members' technical skills and soft skills to optimize the team performance.  Besides, Vanessa is also actively leading many other internal SAP projects to develop and drive the team excellence.

Vanessa was also one of the 50 female employees in SAP Asia Pacific Japan region has received nomination to Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP) and completed the 12-month program in 2016; she also got a nomination to The Art and Science of Coaching and completed the 9-month program from Erickson Coaching in early 2019.  Both programs are centrally funded by SAP and nominated exclusively to the high performers.
