Over the course of July and August, MonsoonSIM has collaborated with PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis, otherwise known as ARTAJASA, in their Human Resource Department (HRD) program. MonsoonSIM has had the honour and pleasure to work closely with the HRD representatives of ARTAJASA, namely Mr. Andre Purnama Alam, Mr. Dedi Prayogo and Mr. Randy Eryll Endrawan, to make this event possible.
ARTAJASA is a pioneer in the market for electronic transactions in Indonesia, particularly as a network provider of infrastructure for banking. With its foundation on February 10, 2000, ARTAJASA creates products and services payment transactions which are highly flexible and very much applicable to every level of business unit, ranging from upstream activities to downstream. Moreover, these can all be accessed both globally and in real-time, whilst ensuring a high level of security, integrity and high monitoring for all transaction levels and types operated.
ARTAJASA has a deep understanding of the different and diverse needs of their partners and customers, and is always ready to support their business growth via training and specialized consulting to accompany their management team and a remarkable quality of service.
With a vision tor become a leading provider of Electronic Transaction Services and mission to provide Electronic Transaction Services and Integrated Efficiency, ARTAJASA also strongly believes that the key to best support their partners and customers is via ARTAJASA’s professional staff and their impeccable work ethic.
With that said, MonsoonSIM’s involvement in the HRD program shares the same goals with ARTAJASA, namely to increase and improve the teamwork and cohesiveness of the employees within the company. The training workshop and competition creates a supportive environment that encourages team-building and allows employees from different departments to engage with one another in a fun, educational and enriching way.
The HRD program spreads over 3 training sessions, wherein the first training session involves an explanation and technical workshop run by MonsoonSIM and the other 2 sessions were done in the form of a competition. The company-wide competition, which took place on 30 July and 6 August respectively, features 10 teams and over 30 participants from the various departments and divisions present in the ARTAJASA company. The winners of the competition were Team O2 in 1st place, followed by Team LT4 in 2nd place, and succeeded by Grandes Femmes in 3rd place.
MonsoonSIM’s business simulation and gamification education platform not only provides an experiential and immersive learning method that teaches business concepts of different departments interconnectedly, but also models after and simulates business processes in real-life.
Unlike the textbook theories taught in class which shows a specific, linear path of business process, MonsoonSIM allows for a 3D-like, detailed and interrelated view of the way businesses and their various departmental processes operate in the real-world. This provides more learning opportunities for higher education students and company employees alike, in a way where it’s easier to learn, more to learn.
