Are you ready to give learning with Business with Simulation & Gamification ago? Join us on the 7th of July for our very first workshop at the Rotterdam School of Management.
What the Workshop Offers
Seeking to see what it's like to learn by doing?
You will gain firsthand experience operating in an immersive, virtual “business world” where they run a simple retail business in a simulated environment.
In teams of 4-5 people, you will get the chance to analyze and apply their own business data to operate their virtual companies. You will engage in a friendly competition with one another for the highest business Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets under various resource constraints.
When immersed in the virtual "business world," you will be able to deepen your class knowledge by implementing them in this workshop. You will get the chance to see what it's like to work with others operating in different business departments and work together to achieve your KPIs.
This workshop provides a brief glimpse into the skills highly sought-after in the labor market, such as creativity, theory application, and teamwork.
